Works well
Game tested in an Ubuntu LXD container running under Funtoo(Gentoo) linux 1.4 with the latest packages from Ubuntu on the container side and Funtoo on the host side. Works really well with almost no problems under Proton 5.13, on newer proton versions such as 6 it would start but will crash on a white screen when loading in the main menu after you press "Enter"
Works with minimal or no problems out of the box
Game tested on both Flatpak(4 hours) and an Ubuntu 20.4 LXD(2 hours) container, which were both running on an up to date Funtoo Linux machine.
The game might crash on some proton versions but switching to Proton Experimental solved it for me
One very small specific bug only I got when playing the game is that if I tab out when I first start it up it goes to a black screen, however if you restart the game it works without problem
Great game, works out of the box
Game tested on both Flatpak and LXD(Ubuntu 21) containers under Funtoo(Gentoo) linux 1.4. On anything newer than the latest proton 5 the game would work as expected. On all proton 5 and older versions there is no audio which really degrades the experience because the game has an awesome soundtrack
Can be fixed by either replacing the OpenAL dll as other users mentioned or by using the following launch prameter
WINEDLLOVERRIDES="openal32=b" %command%
The game needs to be run under proton 5.0 or it will crash on launch. After you're done the game works as intended. Game tested on both LXD(Ubuntu 21) and Flatpak steam containers running under Funtoo(Gentoo) linux 1.4

Game tested on both Flatpak and LXD(Ubuntu 21) containers running under a Funtoo(Gentoo) linux 1.4. The game doesn't have any problems with the newest proton version and launches as usual, on older versions it needs the following protontricks command in order to work

Game was tested on Flatpak and LXD Steam containers running under the latest Funtoo Linux.
There were no significant problems but there is a small chance that the game would crash when saving/reloading quick saves but in my experience the save file was still there
