plays fine. some cutscenes work, while others just show a test pattern with no audio.
i do not think the cutscenes are completely necesarry to enjoy Bullet Witch, but it is a bit odd that only some of them are working out of the box.
just about indiscernable from running on windows, no tweaks at all
very, very infrequent pop (singular) here and there, in both music and sfx playback. only experienced it 3 times over the course of an hour. practically a nonissue
say what you will, but this game is intensely beautiful.
all 3 games here run very well with no noticable input latency! better than unofficial emulation too!
it always defaults to windowed. after pressing alt+enter on launch it seems to make it a "borderless" windowed that has a white border of about 2-3 pixels around the entire screen. pressing alt+enter a second time makes it what seems like exclusive fullscreen, but the same white border is still present on the top and right sides of the screen. i do not notice it all when playing, however.
M2's pc ports are kinda half-cooked by pc standards (all menus refer to controller buttons even with keyboard, for example), but they are of an exceptionally high quality and as faithful as you can get to source material when compared to other recent official ports of older arcade games. no noticable issues aside from the bordered "borderless" window that goes unnoticed when actually playing the game, and that's personally not enough of an issue for me to want to tinker with it for now. input feels exceptionally solid using a PS4 arcade stick thru steam input.
