Tinker Steps:Set launch options
MANGOHUD_CONFIG="fps_limit=48" mangohud  %command% --use-d3d11

I had frequent crashes (the one people with NVidia 2000 series experience when GPU hits 100% utilization) until I started using the --use-d3d11 option. Now, I have no problem cranking up the graphical quality and frequently have the GPU pegged at 100% without freezes or crashes
