Forced sprint and unresponsive left-click
To fix the input issue noted above, remove both controller triggers from the keybinds and use any other buttons instead. This fix is primarily for mouse & keyboard players.

Used to crash when loading into the map in both multiplayer and story mode. Fixed story mode with the above thinker step and multiplayer with black magic (aka it fixed itself).
Incompatible due to Anti-Cheat
I keep being kicked out of every multiplayer match. I'm assuming the devs haven't turned on EAC compatibility for Linux. As is, this game is unplayable.
Game would crash every 2-3 matches
If you're okay with rebooting the game after 2-3 matches, then you can enjoy the game as is. Otherwise, the fix that worked for me was to increase max_map_count to 2147483642, following the article on Gaming On Linux.
