Game uses very low amount of power so you can lower TDP and still get 60 FPS.
Works perfectly, I recommend maintaining 60 FPS as it makes animations look more visceral.

No changes needed. Perhaps you can lower it to 40 Hz for a better battery time but I wouldn't recommend it as the fluidity of animations is what makes this game look so great.

I didn't notice many framerate drops as the visuals are pretty clean and in the intense moments your screen is glitching anyway for gameplay and story reasons.
