Ubisoft Connect will have an error at initial login. This can be fixed by using a mobile device as a wifi Hotspot. For some reason, this will fix the error. This fix is only needed the first login. Afterwards you may need to sign in and different points but wifi works fine.

Ubisoft Connect Launcher
When launching the game, you will be required to login to Ubisoft Connect. For some reason, being on wifi will get you an error when logging in. Using a mobile device to set up a mobile Hotspot fixes this issue and logs you in. This is only needed for the initial login.
