Game loads but only the top left quadrant of the screen is visible. No selections can me made in game. Game is unplayable.
Game still doesn't work on Linux, Unlikely to change.
The launcher loads, but clicking play crashes the game. The community has been requesting proton support for 5 years at this point. Dev's say they are going to improve support, while not making changes towards this effort. Not worth your time atm. Game runs fine on my hardware. I haven't tested it on standard windows but it runs great at ultra settings at 1080p. I haven't noticed any perfromance drops.
Game installs but doesn't start.
I followed the instructions from: https://www.gamingonlinux.com/forum/topic/4415 and was still unable to get the game to start. As I was following this guide, I did notice that my Steam common folder was in a different directory compared to the guide writer's. I adjusted the run file accordingly, but the game will still not start.
Game freezes during startup.
Game would open but softlock, as it appeared unable to load any "footage."
After installing the Media Foundation DLL, the game now freezes during startup.
