Graphics:Missing Textures
On first installing and running the game, many textures were missing / flashing in and out. This was fixed by setting Proton to version 6.3-8 and adding the Launch Options in the game properties in Steam.

Tinker Steps:Switch to experimental, Set launch options
gamemoderun %command% /borderless
Using the /borderless command and setting display mode to "Windowed" in game settings seems to fix issues with Alt-Tabbing. Game runs perfectly and frame rate is smooth.
