Proton 5.13-1 and Proton 5.0-9 both progressed to showing the 4-character loading screen, but game failed to load.

Proton Experimental, 6.3, and GE 6.10 caused the game to freeze when attempting to load battles from the character select screen. Using 5.13 solved the issue. Upon battles loading, controller would sometimes stop registering inputs. This seems to be solved by loading the game from Big Picture mode.
