Seems to function acceptably compared to Windows, at least a better experience than the last time I attempted it. No more .NET shenanigans.
Tinker Steps:Switch to experimental
Steam does not pick a Proton version by default, but it doesn't work with 8.0 or 9.0 Beta, only Experimental. I also got it working with GE-Proton9-4.

Rather simple puzzle solving in a drifting underwater environment, plays just like it would under Windows.
Tinker Steps:Custom Proton: GE
Steam does not pick Proton by default, so it is necessary to enable it manually. Here, it defaults to the first item in the list, which is GE-Proton8-32. Works perfectly with official Proton 8.0 and 9.0 Beta as well.
