Had issues of the login not tracking my VR headset and controllers (vive) but found out if I start the game manually through non-vr steam interface it has problems tracking.

Solution for this is start Steam VR and launch the game through the Steam VR menu. Game performance isnt good but it is playable on Low gfx. Stream output driver update fixed invisible characters and such.
