Make a bat file containing "start Z:\home\USER\\.steam\steam\steamapps\common\BurnoutPR\BurnoutPR.orig.exe -skipvideos". Turn it into an EXE and put it next to the original EXE. Rename the original to BurnoutPR.orig.exe. Might also need to disable EA app overlay.
