Chromium beta + GModCEFCodecFix didn't work for me, game just crashes after loading screen. Also tried a bunch of proton versions, game either doesn't start at all or gives me an error "Steam Error: No SteamUser. Please make sure Steam is running and it is NOT in compability/administrator mode!"
