Set TDP limit to 4
The controls will need to be changed - either using the recommended community layout or allowing trackpad/joystick as mouse would be best. The game's text may be hard to read for some, but personally I was okay with it.
I've made no changes to the controls or performance settings as it runs well enough out of the box, though I can see the back paddles coming in handy at some point.

Game has a launcher that requires a mouse or touch input, although it can be disabled
Game will have keyboard icons on Steam Deck, although controller icons can be patched back in
Game's initial loading screen was fine, but the game resolution was set to something way bigger than the Steam Deck (even forcing resolution didn't resolve) - and because of this, I coudln't access the game menu to change it.
I was able to move the camera around, but the game ran at a very low FPS, so pretty much unplayable anyway.
