Worked perfectly right out of the box. I added parameters for mangohud because I expected to have to tinker but everything worked perfectly.

Running the Steam version worked perfectly out of the box. No tinkering or messing around needed. I did have a DXVK crash about 4 hours in but restarting the game worked fine and was able to continue. Its really been a nearly flawless experience!
Once the game is working its fantastic but to get the game to launch, log into XBOX, and sync my steam and XBOX accounts crashed multiple ti

Audio is great with headphones but when connected to an external stereo receiver the mixing is all messed up. Music sounds extremely muffled and annoying
Have to set fullscreen mode each time the game starts
Steam Cloud Status is always unable to sync after long gaming sessions. Have to restart the game to get the cloud sync to work.
Was able to download and apply custom paint jobs, skins, and community tuning. Was able to play with other players currently online
I had to uncheck the Properties > Compatibility > 'Force the use of a specific Steam Play compatibility tool' in order to get past the XBOX login process. All the specific proton versions (including Proton-GE versions) either crashed, booted to a black screen, or hard locked the machine when trying to log into XBOX

Had to switch to windowed mode in order to change resolution to 3440x1440. If I enable AMD FSR 2.0 or Intel XeSS the game will constantly crash with a DX3D error every 10 minutes or so. Disabling these settings makes the game very stable. Have played for about 5 hours now and haven't had a crash since disabling FSR.

Windows and Linux savefiles wont sync. Manually copied the Windows saves (Documents\Shadow of the Tomb Raider) to Linux (~/.local/share/feral-interactive/Shadow of the Tomb Raider/SaveData//save*.dat) in order to share save files between the two.
Other than having to manually sync the savefiles between Windows and Linux, this game is a perfect Linux showcase game.
Game could not detect my Banner Saga 2 savefile so I manually copied it into my home directory and browsed to it using the folder explorer provided by the game.
Launching directly from Steam causes a crash-to-desktop. Changed the compatibility to the latest GE proton (GE-Proton7-43) and the game works perfectly. Just as good as native Windows. To import banner saga 2 save file I had to copy it (~/.steam/steam/userdata//281640/remote/save/saga2) to my home directory and then browse to it in-game.
