Radeon users can try not using ACO and stick with LLVM for RADV. All settings maxed out. Works flawlessly.
Some crackling occurred however cracklings were reduced with a newer version of Proton Experimental, Pipewire 3.37 and a newer kernel from debian sid.

Works fine without any NVAPI enablement however I recommend GE-Proton9.26. DLSS Transformer performance with 1440p ultra settings gives you playable framerates.

Installation of ubiconnect is necessary and delete gamedetect.dll
Apply DXVK_ASYNC=1
Check the steam forum for the details. Modified ini works flawlessly for shadows and shaders.
Don't use widescreenfix or use any widescreen resolutions as it bugs the final defuse sequence and you won't be able to complete the game.
Disabling DXVK and using WineD3D11 resolved all graphical glitches along with the widescreen fix.
