Tinker Steps:Custom Proton: GE-Proton9-10, Set launch options
mangohud %command% -setfps 144 -framefix -nonetworknext

Minor FPS drops, but startup options, and proton GE fixed it.
Defenetly use the startup options, if you dont have mangohud, remove "mangohud %command%" from the startup options. Would recommend ProtonGE. Set up correctly it runs perfectly 144fps in game with no drops.
