Forza Horizon 4
I am happy for proton taking such leap to gaming on Linux, Forza Horizon runs smooth with my system.
Audio:Crackling
rare tiny audio distortion
Windowing:Activating Fullscreen
Need manual Alt-Tab to change black screen to running game for each time starting game.
Instability:Occasionally
After long playtime crash occurs, maybe its due to system resources. As I restart and start game, crash does not occur.
► Multiplayer
Overall (online):Excellent
Initially game was not opening. I had to work on below steps to get it playable:
- update mesa drivers (Using Ryzen Radeon Vega APU)
- update wine
- update dxvk using winetricks
- use proton experimental (ProtonGE was bit crashing for me)
- validate Forza Horizon files on steam
- enjoy gameplay...
My system is not such powerful but game feels good with low settings.

Good performance using latest stable proton...
Previously on steam selecting latest proton game was not running but after full steam reinstall game works fine.
