It Takes Two
Got it installed and was able to login to EA but the game crashes after loading for 2 minutes

I was able to install the EA launcher by forcing Proton 7.0-6 and then was able to start the EA launcher by forcing GE-Proton8-25. I was able to login to my EA account and link my Steam account with my EA account.
However, I was not able to start the game because after the company logos appear the game loads for 2 minutes and then crashes with the error message "GameThread timed out waiting for RenderThread after 120.00 secs".
