This game needs a lot of ressources to be played. I haven't seen much problems since I started to play this on Linux (native) modded on a now average pc but be careful : It is highly recommended to install mono (on Arch and derivatives : $ sudo pacman -S mono ) and use mods like Loading screen mod, FPS booster, etc... Some mods also won't work as well as on Windows (Theme mixer when trying to create a theme or Render It when trying to paste a config).
