When trying to start the game out of the box I would get an Easy Anti-Cheat error, in order to fix this I needed to install both glibc-eac and lib32-glibc-eac from the AUR. You can install these packages with the following command (the flag is required or it will complain about conflicting packages):
yay -S glibc-eac lib32-glibc-eac --mflags "--nocheck"
If you are curious why some Easy Anti-Cheat games require an EAC patch while others don't its because free games (especially older ones) can be an easy entry point for finding anti-cheat bypasses as people can mass create accounts to test if they get banned, because of this Easy Anti-Cheat will use older versions of their software for these games so that even if a bypass is found it will not affect the more popular titles, these older versions happen to not work very well with newer versions of Linux
Besides issues with tabbing out the game ran smoothly
Tabbing out makes the window invisible even though you can hear the audio in the background, changing resolution/video settings does not fix this
Very smooth besides one notable issue
After joining a multiplayer server and leaving when attempting to join a second server my PC will begin to gradually freeze more and more until it requires a full restart to prevent a full on freeze, restarting the game after leaving a server allows me to join another one
Works good when you can open the game
Randomly when trying to open it the game will complain about an EAC error, usually I can fix this by just verifying game files but sometimes I need to fully re-install the game to fix this
