Tinker Steps:Switch to older version: 4.11-13, Changed configuration
To reduce lag/stutter during cutscenes switch to Proton 4.11-13
To get past black screen when starting the game replace all movies in <storage>/steamapps/common/Resident Evil 6/nativePC/movie with ones found on https://www.mediafire.com/file/h710n7937rhwm6p/Fix_Black_Screen_Resident_Evil_6.rar
Audio:Crackling
The crackling can be fixed by setting PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=150 %command% in launch options
Performance:Slight Performance Problems
Switching to Proton 4.11-13 reduces stutter but increases power consumption to around 20W
