Runs great with proton-ge 5.9-GE-8-ST; did not test with anything else. Game was rock solid with 60+ fps at almost all times.
Alt tabbing would sometimes cause audio issues.
MESA_SHADER_CACHE_DISABLE=true MANGOHUD=1 MESA_VK_DEVICE_SELECT=1002:73ef MANGOHUD_CONFIG="fps_limit=60" %command%
Game could not make it through the first post-intro cutscene (the one that leads to the tutorial) until I added "MESA_SHADER_CACHE_DISABLE=true %command%" to launch. Of course, if you're using Nvidia, the correct paramet is "__GL_SHADER_DISK_CACHE=0" All thanks and credit go to the kind folks at Nobara discord for helping me get this working.
No luck
Installed fine but no luck running the game. Tried Proton from 4.10 to 5.13, proton-ge from 5.9 to 6.0, and proton-tkg 6.0rc. No joy with the game executable nor the launcher. Launcher on some versions indicates a javascript error and fails to proceed, more often game and launcher show no activity whatsoever. Problems are akin to earlier spikechunsoft visual novel releases and I imagine someone with greater intelligence will find out how to make it work.
Running steam via terminal indicates this upon attempting to run the game:

Installed d3dcompiler_47.dll using Protontricks.
Game will not launch without installing d3dcompiler_47.dll using Protontricks.
Fun, works with the correct parameters. Parameters can likely be reduced/optimized, I shotgunned it hoping to make it playable and it worked
Would not load first screen/play the game without launch parameters of: DRI_PRIME=1 VKD3D_FEATURE_LEVEL=12_0 PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1 MANGOHUD=1 MANGOHUD_CONFIG=fps_limit=60 RADV_PERFTEST=sam RADV_PERFTEST=nggc RADV_PERFTEST=gpl __GL_SHADER_DISK_CACHE=1 __GL_SHADER_DISK_CACHE_SKIP_CLEANUP=1 DXVK_ASYNC=1 MESA_VK_DEVICE_SELECT_FORCE_DEFAULT_DEVICE=1 %command%
Classic Shadow Warrior humor and fast placed gameplay, game is smooth as butter and just a pretty as on windows.
During cutscenes audio sometimes becomes significantly desynced
Occasionally cutscenes will be stuck on a black screen for several seconds
Default Proton build seems to have worse issues with cutscene desync/black screens but still seems stable after several hours of gameplay.
