None of the movies will play at all. For Opening Movie 1 & 2 the game will freeze up for a couple of seconds then continue as if the movie had finished playing. For the Good Ending movie the game will completely freeze up forcing you to quit. I did not unlock the other two movies (presumably the Bad and Normal ends) but I assume they similarily do not play.
Playing the Darkwinter version using a vanilla Bottles install. Changed the runner to GE-Proton9-20 and everything works great.
I could not get GFL2 to run succesfullly by adding to Steam as a non-Steam game. Depending on which version of Proton you force it will either not launch at all or will crash after the logo screen. Bottles (or Lutris) seem to be necessary here.
Works flawlessly. Just install and get playing.
