PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=60 gamemoderun %command%
Fixed by adding PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=60 to the command line.
It crashed once while moving from a cutscene to the game. But only once.
Borked as of patch 1.62
gamemoderun %command% --intro-skip -skipStartScreen
It was working fine yesterday (April 10, 2023); some crackling, but visually beautiful and very playable. I have not run an update to the drivers, but the 1.62 patch came down and now it gets to the "Cyberpunk 2077" splash screen and freezes. I'm unable to get to the start menu or play the game.
I mean, it probably works with a regular flight controller, but not with the X-Box controller out of the box.
Controller (Stratus Duo in "XBox Driver mode") also sends keyboard signals with joystick: i.e. "up" was both "up" and pressing the comma; "left" rolled left and sent a "m" character; "fire" triggered an unstoppable vertical pitch upward.
PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=60 gamemoderun %command%
Mostly during fight scenes. Seems to have a problem keeping up with all the movement.
Slows down a bit when scenes get complicated.
I think it would depend on the hardware. A 2060 is a pretty small and lightweight GPU, but if you have something faster it probably runs just fine.
