--skip-launcher
No issues or problems of any kind.
I ran it with Proton Hotfix and for launch parameters: --skip-launcher Ignore the initial DirectX pop-up error and enjoy playing the game. That error doesn't affect gameplay or functionality of the game. Runs smoothly both single player and online multiplayer.

Runs great, in fact, I'd say it runs better than it does on Windows. Faster on Linux.
Doesn't work well with Steam overlay (Shift and Tab) but doesn't cause any issues, it simply doesn't come up.
Avoid using ALT and TAB to switch in and out of the game as it sometimes freezes up or crashes the game or Steam. If you stay in the game and log off and exit normally, there are no issues and it runs very stable and fast, with excellent performance and graphics on ultra. This game actually appears to run faster on Linux than on Windows.
--disable-gpu
Pick either full screen, windowed, or windowed full screen and don't switch between them during gameplay unless you restart the game after changing the setting. Once set and restarted, game is very stable. I usually run it windowed (without any issues).
Performs just as well as it does on Windows 11, under Debian 12.1 with KDE.
Be sure to add the launch options --disable-gpu in Steam and in the game's launcher (command line field) as well. If you don't, you may have a full black screen window where the launcher is. You may want to cap FPS using in-game options at 30 (not required, but recommended if you have any heat or stability issues). Overall, the game peforms well and is very stable. Sound works well also.

Runs just as well as on Windows 11, if not better, under Debian 12.1 with KDE.
No issues, everything runs well and performs well.
