No issues. The framerate is locked to 60 fps by the game, not by proton.

It failed to start at first but but started working after a reinstall. Runs smoothly with maxed-out settings. Both bot games and online multiplayer work.

The screen refresh rate is locked at 60Hz even with a high refresh rate monitor.
