Graphics were incredibly pixelated - Fixed by toggling Low End Laptop mode. Creating a singleplayer game or browsing servers didn't work - Fixed by upgrading proton.
Anticheat does not initialize
The game launches, but when trying to play, it says "Anti-cheat error" "Anti-cheat is not initialized."
Downgrade game to 1.0.4 in Properties → Betas
Some graphical effects are missing like the effect after you eat the steak.
Another report suggested saving and restarting the game when performance issues start, which I haven't tried yet.
One cutscene had someone forget to move in the first half. I'm not sure if that's a proton bug or a game bug.
Multiplayer doesn't work. The game makes a new player every time you reopen your save and all your items are gone (apparently because in offline mode, continuing your save isn't supported).

to work properly.
After around 8 minutes the mouse breaks and you have to restart the game. To get to the save button while the mouse is broken, alt tab out and back into the game so you can move the mouse.
