Just like the demo, this game seems to require Proton GE to play videos on my system, otherwise I get the testing patterns that Proton uses when a transcoded video file is missing from the shader cache. I started playing on release day, and I haven't bothered to revert back to vanilla Proton to test video playback again, since my current setup works but YMMV.
Only the story mode have issues right now (missing videos). Should be fixed soon when Valve start shipping transcoded videos for this game.
Only the opening video works for now. The non-working videos will just show a test pattern and can be skipped without issues as a workaround.
Switching to another window while any kind of online communication is active will desync the game. Also happen in a private lobby when waiting for a match. Might also happen on Windows but I can't test it.
Locked 60FPS at 4K.
Proton GE is required for video playback to work
