Plays very well on Anbernic WIN600 handheld with ChimeraOS-42.
Runs perfectly. Great little survival / time waster game to play on low-power hardware.
Mild Audio stuttering/culling. Not unbearable, but occasionally noticable.
After adjusting graphics settings to meet the hw specs, ROR2 runs well. Arguably better than it runs on a similar spec windows machine.
Steam Cloud could not recover save data for first several attempts. After 10+ retry attempts, Steam Cloud was able to eventually sync.
Crash after enabling crossplay. Isolated incident, could not reproduce.
Playing Simulacrum, anything past stage 70 will cause frame rate dips into the low single digits even with graphics settings set to "very low" (to be expected on low spec hardware considering ROR2 is known to push top tier GPUs to their absolute limits)
Out of the 180+hrs put in so far, about half of it has been on a linux PC. As of the most recent update to ROR2 and the release of GE-9-5, both a prismatic trial and Monsoon finish using the Engineer have been completed with zero flaws in fullscreen using a PS4 controller. No launch commands needed, no real "tinkering" other than using the latest from GloriousEggroll.
