I had an issue where the minimap, map and overlay map did not render. Switching to Proton 8.0-5 in the Steam compatability menu for the game solved the issue.

I also noticed the audio device names in the audio output dropdown were not properly capitalized and propably taken directly from the system source, e.g. "pulse" instead of "PulseAudio Output". But this was also fixed by changing the Proton version.

Note: I did not test any other version of Proton, 8.0-5 was the first version I tried and it fixed the issue.
