Had to install dotnet40, xna40 and dotnet45 in the game's prefix as suggested by @Notmingbag. With those components installed, game worked flawlessly.

Normally, the game does not start, but after "disabling" the DRM (this can be done on a game installed through Steam just fine), the game works with only some minor graphical glitches, which can be worked around by disabling Post Processing in Video Options.
There's a patch for the DRM problem in Wine Staging, here's the relevant bugzilla: https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=32515
