Game started and I was able to get to the main menu.
At the main menu I was able to close the pop-up but after that everything froze and I was unable to click on anything (sound still worked)

Considering my old laptop graphics card I did get 60 fps in games but getting into games was though. Launching the game takes a good 5-10 minutes and loading maps is rough, dropping fps to around 20-30 for a second.
As long as you don't have an old laptop gpu like me this runs really well. Even if you do it runs, it just takes a while before you can play. I'm used to that by now so it isn't really a big deal.
No problems, runs smoothly
My GPU is worse than the minimum required specified on steam so I didn't expect to play at all, but lowering the resolution and low graphics makes it run at around 40-50 FPS even on a 6 year old laptop with a GTX 960M
Developers just added Easy Anti-Cheat
Sadly the game doesn't work any more due to the developers adding EAC in response to all the cheaters they had...
Runs flawlessly out of the box with proton 5.0-9
Really fun game to play and runs without having to change anything!
Besides the custom proton version I also added gamemoderun to the launch options. Since I have an old laptop gpu I had to lower all video settings to the lowest and then I got a steady 60 fps throughout the whole game.
