Worked well after choosing Proton version. Opening video played just fine. Gave good impressions up to now.
With no Proton version selection, game froze at the opening video.
With current Proton Experimental, almost the same thing happened.
After switching to Proton 7.0-6 (like another Debian user reported here), the game opened just fine, and I noticed no problems.
If your hardware is good enough, I guess you can bypass the performance problems I'm having, and try to ignore small problems.

While moving the building hologram or while a machine is being built, I can see some annoying stuff for a while. They end after the process.
I tried Windowed fullscreen with reduced resolution. After restarting, the game was cropped to that dimensions, while GUI being rendered at full sized. So, part of the game was hidden, with hidden parts were interactable. I didn't try fullscreen with reduced resolution.
With DX11, the game is running around 20-30FPS(acceptable). DX12 gave 10-20FPS with my hardware(not acceptable). I believe I could go beyond 40FPS on Windows DX12.
Couldn't run Vulkan. The game couldn't initialize.
If your hardware is very strong, you might ignore the performance issues. But if your hardware is not very strong, you definitely need to tweak at least the rendering engine. DX12 was abolutely terrible with me, while DX11 was acceptable.
