Used VKD3D_CONFIG=force_compute_root_parameters_push_ubo to get it running. Before that I was not able to start a new game.

After using Proton Experimental and playing the tutorial the game seems to work fine. No problems found.

When you finish the tutorial before starting a new game the game mostly works like a charm. Loading a savegame works without problems.
Audio:Crackling
Sometimes the sound stutters.
Instability:Occasionally
Crashes when choosing database at new game. When finishing the tutorial and starting a new game directly afterwards, it works.
Significant Bugs:
After a season it crashed at the announcement of the player of the year.

You can start a new game after finishing the tutorial. Did not work with normal Proton. Just Proton experimental works for me.
