I used f4se, installed ~80 mods, played for 40 hours without issue. FPS never dipped below 100

I had to install f4se and all my ~80 mods manually because none of the mod organizers worked for me. MO2 kinda worked but if I ran the game through MO2 it became an unplayable laggy mess.

Bodyslide & Outfit Studio worked using protontricks to launch them.

Played for 40 hours and counting without issue. FPS never dipped below 100. I did not use the Hi-Res Texture DLC.
No configuration, played as well as native. Multiplayer not working though.
DX11/DXVK - ~30 fps DX12/VKD3D - 60-70 fps but with frequent stuttering Vulkan - 30-50 fps
I used Proton GE

When I set up the game I used every workaround mentioned in other protondb reviews I could find, and it seems to be working very well. Installing gdiplus via protontricks fixed glitched text. The openssl workaround is for intel CPUs only.
