I believe running the game with SteamDeck has solved the significant frame drop issue, it only seemingly affects multiplayer.
Its not perfect, but is as expected as it matches Windows functionality.
Can start, cant play
Gets stuck at the car animation after viewing the patch notes, then crashes.
Wont launch at all
Thought I would do an updated report. Its super rare for me to come across a game that refuses to work at all. All I got was the startup popup from Steam saying its launching, the window disappears and another flickers in and immediately closes. Steam then says the instance is no longer running.

Skyrim stays full screen even if tabbed out, must quit game to do anything else on the computer.
On first launch, the game had the mouse cursor offset. Restarting fixed it.
