Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition
As i said before, if you have an Intel GPU, you'll need to try my fix before you can start the game, tested on my buff AMD PC, works well !
Tinker Steps:Launcher: Epic Games Store, Switch to older version: 6.3-8
Instability:Not Listed
I needed to add the famous d3d9.dll fix to fake an nVIDIA gpu for the game to pass the first loading screen, and also add the xlive.dll fix. Just paste them into the Fallout3 > Fallout 3 [Your Language]. I also added the dll with winecfg in order to work.
Now it Works flawlessly without errors

Can't work on older intel integrated GPU's, just, it wont work, too much tearing and artefacts.
