I was able to complete a puzzle before it crashed. None of the tweaks I tried seemed to make a difference as it still randomly crashes or fails to start entirely.
After install, delete the contents of the "Coloring Game" folder. Then, open a terminal window and run the following to open the Console:
steam steam://nav/console
In the Steam console enter to download the 32bit client:
download_depot 1026820 1026821
Move the contents from the download location to the "Coloring Game" folder. Game updates will require downloading the 32bit client again.
In the Steam console, download the 32bit client:
download_depot 1132190 1132192
Move the contents from the download location to the "Coloring Game The Little City" folder.
Before installing 'Force the use of a specific Steam Play compatibility tool' to install the Windows version. In the game's control settings I did have to lower the mouse sensitivity.
Launcher opens fine, but unable to play the game ("WebGL is required. Click here to check your browser")
To get past the "error reading data from the language file! error #3694."
WINEPREFIX=$HOME/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/703950/pfx winecfg
Change the Windows Version to Windows 8 or higher.
Open the application install directory. Open package.json in a text editor. Insert the following line below the line that reads "js-flags": "--expose-gc",:
"chromium-args":"--in-process-gpu",

Game loads without errors. Played 10 questions on "Quick Start" without any issues.
