Launcher works normally till we click on start game

when we press start game the launcher stop runing and the game doesn't start, idk why this happen but comparing to some time ago the launcher at least work better.

when i install the game it just run at 15fps - 30fps but now i add this launch option "__GL_THREADED_OPTIMIZATION=1 %command%" without the quotes and now i'm getting 60fps with my graphic card
