Tinker Steps:Custom Proton: Proton 9.0 beta
Control Layout:Switch To Community Layout: "Key 2 Input 4 Sheepy" (Need To Press 'see All Configurations' First)
Works perfect BUT anything other than proton 9 (beta, install from marketplace) just crashes, and controller is not recognised so you will just get stuck not being able to enter the game. You will need to change the layout to mimic a keyboard (use community config mentionned for that).

Crashes using the default proton version, works great with proton 9 (install from marketplace) and default mapping doesn't work, so you will need to remap to keyboard or use the community mentionned in the report.
