Tinker Steps:Custom Proton: GE-Proton9-9, Set launch options
-windowed
Windowing:Activating Fullscreen

began game with -windowed argument so that it would launch, it switched to borderless automatically anyway. Fullscreen would immediately crash to desktop regardless of proton versioning.
