They would if they don't mind or find a way around the crashes as crash in campaign means needing to redo the previous mission/mission part
Audio in campain cutscenes from conversations is missing
Campaign: Crashing on black screen whenever completing 2 missions in a row Zombies: Random crashing whenever changing Screen resolution
Had no issues with it overall however only tested local with bots in multiplayer as I don't have too many friends to test it out with
Haven't done any real tinkering in regards to compatability layer aside from checking which versions the game runs on finding that 8.0-5 works best on my current setup
Splash screen launching then no more
Upon attempting to use I would get the error 'warning: Unknown file arch of /home/sh4dow/.cache/protontricks/proton/Proton Experimental/bin/wineserver.'
Attempted to play the game using Experimental, 9.0-2, 8.0-5, and 7.0-6 with and without protontricks only to obtain the result of the game splash screen appearing for a few seconds before disappearing and stopping entirely.
The game runs just fine after including the launch option, modded works fine with the options as well as far as I am aware
PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1 %command%
Game would not launch unless using Launch Requirements on proton 9.0-4
Wouldn't want to work if you have mesa and vulkan installed, so needed to use the Launch option to allow for the game to work properly
Edited the file in the "steamapps/compatdata/548570/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/Saved Games/id Software/Rage 2/settings.ini" directory changing the config to "AsyncComputeDisable=1"
Crackling whenever frame drops occur
occasional frame drops from 30-60fps to 1-5fps
Random Frame drops + sudden crashes when alt tabbing into a different menu, also occur when game is loading and another app/menu outside the game pops up
Whenever the game crashes from focusing on other menus for a second and the game crashing, reloading the game would cause it to be blank, launching the game on a different proton version and closing it once audio is played before reverting back to 8.0-5 usually would fix this issue
