In my instance (Fedora 37 / Default Proton), the game ran great. Post first day patch.
Sometimes when moving outside of the game window, the game would crash. However, after the game loaded, didn't have any issues with moving outside of the window.
The game ran great on Fedora 37, albeit with some weirdness when first loading up and moving outside of the game window (which would crash the game). I let the shader loader complete and loaded up my save- and then was able to move outside of the game window. Ran just as good as it does on windows with my limited hardware. Note, I played for something like 1h & 30 minutes, so didn't test for a longer duration. During that playtime, I moved through a lot of different areas.
No tinkering- straight out of box with default proton version.
Usually reloading fixed the audio issues- which would sometimes totally cut out.
Went completely through the game on Linux.. Very enjoyable and stable experience. I believe I could only note one crash during a cutscene near the end of the game.. Sometimes audio would cut out and would have to reload. Othewise, it ran incredibly well.
Haven't tested later levels yet. However, no issues playing the game at all so far.
