Sometimes the HP bar flashes in middle of the screen. Not sure whether this is a bug or done on purpose (the game has lots of visual that try to simulate visual glitches on purpose).
A few frame dropped here and there.
A fun little metroidvania. Relatively short like other games by the same studio. Played on both Steam Deck and my PC. Finished the game without any issue.
Only tried playing online with the seamless co-op mod.
Had some issues when playing on Garuda Linux (caused by KDE compositor). Works flawlessly on Fedora with Gnome session.
The game works fine on the Steam Deck, but at some point you have to start typing which is really unpractical with a virtual keyboard.
I had to stop playing when asked to type text because doing so with the virtual keyboard was not practical. I would not recommend playing this game on the Deck unless you have a keyboard and a mouse connected.
On screen control uses mous and keyboard hints, so it is sometimes difficult to know how to interact with the game, but otherwise it works flawlessly.
Amazing metroidvania that works flawlessly
Amazing metroidvania that works flawlessly (smooth 120fps at 1440p on my computer, on the highest settings). No tinkering at all. Also works fine on the Steam Deck though the default resolution selected is too low.

Minor issue is that the game does not use vsync nor any framerate limitation, thus run at full speed (around 4000 fps). The command-line tweak is to force vsync and avoid wasting gpu cycles for frames that the screen cannot render.

I initially played the base game without any tinkering and it was great.
The DLC however appears to only work when using the Windows version of the game via forcing Proton version 9.0.x (at the time 9.0.4). If I use the native version of the game, the DLC stays greyed out even after buying them and trying to uninstall/reinstall the game.
Thankfully the save game transfers from the Linux to the Windows version so I didn't lose any progress.
Works flawlessly but need a custom mouse based controller layout to be able to save (there is a hidden menu on the bottom right of the screen that only appear when the mouse cursor is over the menu).
