The game slows slows to a crawl in specific areas. Most of them seem to be related to outdoor areas. They're few and far between but when they happen, it's impossible to not notice.

For whatever reason, every time I start the game I get a warning that the game's not responding. I can click 'wait' and it starts up just fine. using the old UI is supposed to stop this, but it doesn't. Game plays normally, but its just a weird quirk.
