The game worked great up until a patch around April 2nd or 3rd. After that you can create a new character, play through the intro, but once you try to go to the main part of the game after the intro it goes to a black screen then kicks you back to the character select screen.

Couldn't remove the my previous report so doing this. I figured out the problem was they added battleye anticheat into the game now and I didn't have the proton battleye runtime enabled.
