There are a couple of things to install via protontricks:
protontricks 244210 dotnet48
no need to install every version from 4.0 all the way to 4.8
protontricks 244210 -q d3dcompiler_43 d3dx11_43
The game struggles with on-screen widgets (such as minimap, speedometer, radar etc.). Fixed it by installing python2.6 via protontricks.
PROTON_USE_D3D11=1 as launch option makes it run a bit faster
