Change to GE-Proton, run setup when launching game, set resolution to 1280 x 800 and click fullscreen, change nothing else, hit OK and enjoy. No need to mess around with files or anything.

I changed the MinScreen and ScreenWidth, ScreenHeight lines.
In Config.ini, I cranked the framerate to 60. I changed VSync to 1 to stop screen tearing.
After making the changes in AppSettings.Ini and Config.ini be sure to set Game Resolution in Steam Deck mode to 1920x1080.
Game plays great, was able to launch the configuration to go fullscreen.

Game automatically runs in windowed mode with no option to change it. Issues with the mouse jumping around, but I think that might be an issue with the game. Runs flawlessly with controllers, no artifacting at all throughout the first level.

Only works in windowed mode has noticable issues with mouse and some artifacting
