The game works perfectly, but use the OpenGL renderer
The game works well, but when it starts it always gets a static image with the mod logo, to solve it just press alt+b and the menu appears.
I recommend using the OpenGL renderer.
Game Works Perfectly
The game works perfectly, though you should set your renderer to OpenGL. D3D doesn't work properly and lags due to it apparently not being tested.
OOTB no real issues
Initial black screen, resolved with Alt-Tab out and back in. 60 FPS.
Just like in previous rating, shadows are glitching in OpenGL mode. D3D shadows work OK.
Using D3D causes framerate to drop very frequently. Using OpenGL resolves this. Overall, try D3D just in case if you can.
Great Out of the box for me;
FPS seems to be locked to 72 by default, presumably to simulate the old CRT refresh rate, can be easily changed to 100 by "fps_max" in console.
Change GFX settings in options, OpenGL, 32bit Color
Set to 1920x1080 32bit color
OpenGL plays great and has proper lighting D3D was choppy, and lighting was bad, Audio would crackle.

tried each version of proton, got the menu to load with 4.11 once, didnt get into the game
Shadows when enabled have weird artifacts, but this may be because it's still in development.
Cannot say anything else as game crashes in few minutes.
On first run there was a blank screen. Pressing Control+Escape to bring up Menu fixed this. On subsequent runs everything was fine. Alt-tabbing might fix this as well.
Game crashes with fatal error "SV_StartSound: volume = 510" after trying to enter HEV Suit. Game sometimes freezes and it's needed to enter pause screen. After exiting everything works as it should.
Tested July 10th build. Subsequent builds might work well.
